Our job is the specification you can read, the audits we document, the inspection you can verify, and logistics you can track. Controlled manufacturing
Audited factories, a frozen specification in the contract, staged photo/video reports and a pre-shipment inspection against the bill of materials — verifiable, or independently commissioned.
The whole cost, up front
Factory price is exact. Freight, 2.7% duty and your country's VAT are calculated ranges with dated assumptions. Foundation and assembly are shown honestly — as ranges or 'after review'. No surprise lines later.
Milestone payments
Demo split: 20% deposit → 40% at production start → 30% after the inspection you can verify → 10% on delivery. Each payment is tied to evidence you receive, defined in the contract.
