The house
Designed as a system
Atrium 120 is a compact two-storey volume with a flat roof and a disciplined square plan. Ground floor: open living, kitchen and a flexible room; upstairs: three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The light-steel structure is engineered for precision: frames arrive pre-punched and bolt together with millimetre tolerances, which is what makes a two-storey self-supervised build realistic.
