About
A supply chain you can read.
We are a European-operated company sourcing prefabricated houses directly from audited manufacturers in China. We don't claim geography guarantees quality — in either direction. We claim something more useful: a process where every quality-critical step is specified, inspected and documented.
Manufacturer due diligence
We work with audited factories, not marketplace listings: legal verification, production capability review, reference checks and an on-site audit before any partnership. Audit reports are published per factory.
Specification control
Every contract freezes the full specification: materials, components, brands and tolerances. The factory builds against this document, and the pre-shipment inspection checks against it line by line.
Staged production reports
Framing, insulation, membranes, windows, packing — each checkpoint documented in photo and video before the next stage proceeds, delivered to your project folder.
Independent inspection
Before packing, the kit is verified against the bill of materials. You may additionally commission an independent inspection company (SGS/TÜV-type) — we schedule access and share the checklist.
Documentation that travels
Labelled components cross-referenced to drawings, container loading plans, assembly manual, torque specs and as-built documentation for handover and resale.
Contract-first transparency
Milestone payments tied to evidence, a responsibility matrix per stage, defined procedures for damage, delay and change orders. The contract is the trust mechanism — not promises.
This prototype deliberately shows placeholders instead of invented certificates, fake reviews or stock-photo teams. Real audit reports, verified certificates, delivered projects and customer references will appear here as they exist — and only then.
Judge us by the process, not the promises.
Configure a house and see exactly how we handle the numbers — that's the best preview of how we handle a project.
